Pixel Prop Final/Pixel Building Research

 

 These images are the research phase for my second pixel art assignment. For this I am going to be doing the gym building. Of course the building i make won't be at an angel as shown, but since it will be a big part of my game, I thought it would be best if I chose to create this instead of my other props. Also the colors of the gym will absolutely change since I have a better idea in mind.

This is my final pixel art prop drawing. I changed a the colors I was going to use previously, seen in the top left image. I also tried to make the colors flow well in the image. I had my light source coming from the top right like in class and because of this you can see the pole and top of the rim are slightly lighter. Then after talking to professor, I shaded the backboard slightly and brightened the top right. I also decided to add in the shadow of the basketball to make it look as if someone is shooting it. This helps incorporate my other prop into this as well. As always, please feel free to leave a comment, I like how this came out but any suggestions are welcomed.
